​​On the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse reaffirms that discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression is prohibited. On this occasion, the Commission has added to its web page on this ground of discrimination examples, judgment and frequently asked questions.

Montréal, May 17, 2017– On the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse reaffirms that discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression is prohibited.
