The mobile coronavirus exposure notification application should respect privacy and equality rights

At a hearing today before the Commission des institutions to participate in the government consultation on the use of a mobile coronavirus exposure notification application, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse presented a series of recommendations to ensure that the technological tool chosen respects human rights and freedoms, including the rights to privacy and equality.
