The project to implement an immunity passport in the context of a pandemic
Montréal, May 21, 2021 - The Commission thought it was necessary to establish certain guidelines intended for decision-makers in the development of an immunity passport project. It assessed mandatory vaccination in the lignt of the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms to identify potential violations of human rights and freedoms.
