The Human Rights Tribunal rules against Mike Ward and orders him to compensate Jéremy Gabriel
The Human Rights Tribunal has found Mike Ward guilty of making discriminatory comments regarding Jéremy Gabriel, infringing his right to equality, on the basis or his disability in a sketch that he performed 230 times between 2010 and 2013. Jéremy Gabriel suffers from Treacher Collins symdrome which can cause craniofacial deformities, and, in his case, severe deafness.
