Accommodating special needs students must remain a priority for the Ministry responsible for colleges

Despite efforts to ensure the right to equality of special needs students in private and public colleges, the Québec Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission is concerned that a number of obstacles persist and jeopardize access to postsecondary education for students with learning difficulties, attention deficit disorders and mental health issues.
