Discriminatory interview questions are at odds with organizations’ desire to be open and attractive to employees

In 2022, employers are still asking unjustified medical questions during hiring. Whether these questions are intentionally included or whether they persist through ignorance, force of habit or malevolence, they have no place in today’s hiring process. The Commission and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés are once again joining forces to raise awareness among Québec organizations about discriminatory hiring practices.
