Municipal elections: Disabled people must be able to vote on election day

​The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse is asking the Superior Court to quash a section of the Act Respecting Elections and Referendums in Municipalities because it does not guarantee the right to vote for people with reduced mobility on the election day. ​
