Racial profiling and the police: The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse to be heard before the Court of Appeal

The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse was granted leave to appeal from a Human Rights Tribunal ruling. The appeal will determine what elements of a police intervention and its context are to be taken into account to determine racial profiling.​
