Report of the Commission d’accès à l’information: The Commission underlines the human rights legal framework

​​The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse today presented its analysis of the report of the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) to a parliamentary committee. The Commission’s stresses the importance for the legislator to refer to the human rights legal framework if it chooses to implement the recommendations of the CAI.

Québec, August 22, 2017 – The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse today presented its analysis of the report of the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) to a parliamentary committee.
