The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse calls on the government to be vigilant to ensure that vulnerable children are protected

In its implementation report of the Youth Protection Act tabled today, in the National Assembly, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse calls for vigilance on the part of the Health and Social Services Minister and youth protection institutions to ensure the delivery of services to vulnerable children in the wake of the reogarnization of the network and the coming into force of Bill 10.

Montréal, December 4, 2015 – In its implementation report of the Youth Protection Act tabled today, in the National Assembly, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse calls for vigilance on the part of the Health and Social Services Minister and youth protection institutions to ensure the delivery of services to vulnerable children in the wake of the reogarnization of the network and the coming into force of Bill 10.
