Universal Children’s Day 2016: The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse underlines the importance of the rights of the child

On the occasion of Universal Children’s Day 2016 which will take place this Sunday, November 20, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse recalls the importance of the rights of children, including the right to be heard, one of the four core principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child adopted on November 20 1989, by the UN General Assembly.
