Commission statement on the concept of systemic racism
Much has been written recently about the concept of systemic racism. The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse wishes to make its’s own contribution to the discussion. By expressing its views on the subject today, the Commission is not seeking to fuel polarisation, but rather to provide elements for further reflection in order to address the inequalities that persist in our society.
