Respecting the rights of tenants in times of a dual crisis in health and housing
The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, in collaboration with the Commission d'accès à
l'information (CAI), is launching information tools for landlords and tenants
that outline the main rights and obligations with respect to housing. These
tools are important in this period of housing search for many families in
Québec, many of whom find themselves in a situation of particular vulnerability
because of the health crisis that is now compounded by the housing crisis.
