Sexual harassment in the workplace is unacceptable, confirms important Human Rights Tribunal ruling

A restaurant owner has been ordered by the Human Rights Tribunal to pay $26,000 in moral and punitive damages to an employee for sexual acts and sexual comments, in a case brought to the Tribunal by the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.
